How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive? 

All order are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.

How To Place An Order? 

Simply add any TheBruinSol item as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for item. We will then process your order and then ship your package.

My Order Has Not Arrive On Time, What Should I Do? 

If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping period of 5 to 15 business days, please email us at . As stated, please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. 

Can I Change The Delivery Address For My Order After I Have Placed It? 

Please contact us at for any queries as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to change the address of any order that has already been processed or dispatched. In this case we will refund you and issue a incorrect address restocking fee that will be deducted from your order total.

Can I Return My Order? 

NON-Personalized Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You are responsible for the return of the item at your expense. The shipping cost determined via best shipping method will be deducted from your order total. Please contact us for returns at 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Personalized Returns 

Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized orders is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost. Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalized item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team ( and we will work with you to make things right.

*Please note that once you order a personalized item we begin working on it right away so we cannot accept cancellations of personalized orders.

My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do? 

In the unlikely scenario your order was damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the product. In order for us to process your exchange, please contact our support team at with your order information and a photo of the damaged item. Please also include details of the issue to help us better assist you.
